AFC Champions League: APF FC Goes Down To Nasaf FC

APF Football Club, who played club football at the international level for the first time, started the tournament with a loss towards the preliminary group stage of the AFC Women's Champions League.
In their first match played by APF in Group C on Sunday, they lost to PSF Nasaf of Uzbekistan 1-0. The only goal scored by Lily Lawrence in the 49th minute of the game was the decisive goal in Nasaf's victory.
APF will play their second and final match of the group stage against home team Sawah FC on 28th August.
