Kathmandu XI Beats Lekhnath United To Enter Final Of 2nd Madi Gold Cup

Kathmandu XI has entered final of 2nd Madi gold cup football tournament in Chitwan.

Kathmandu XI defeated Lekhnath United Kaski 4-2 on penalties on Thursday to enter final.

Both teams played 1-1 draw in regulation time before going to spot kick battle.

Goalie Akash Ranabhat again showed his brilliance between the sticks by blocking two spot kicks. He became the player of the match.

Kathmandu will now play against Central college Bharatpur FC in the final match on Saturday.
