Thailand has already confirmed their spot in the final round of AFC U19 women's championship as hosts.

They are playing in the AFC U19 qualifiers (starting from Wednesday at Chonburi, Thailand) to gain match experience.

Thailand are grouped with Nepal, India and Pakistan and will play against Nepal in group's opening match at 6:15 PM NST.

Speaking in pre-match, coach Watananggur said, "We had one and half month long preparation for the qualifiers. We visited China and played three international friendly matches. (Thailand lost all matches)

"I guess all teams in the group have chances to go through. However, we want  to finish the qualifiers as group winners. This qualifiers is good platform for our girls".
