Ghatbesi Youth Club have become the champions of the Seven-a-side football tournament organized by Galaundi Youth Club at Galaundi Sports Ground located in Gajuri Rural Municipality of Dhading. Ghatbesi defeated Arunodaya Youth Club 3-2 to become the champions.

Ghatbesi player Suman Dangol scored twice and Ranjan Pun scored a goal in the victory, whereas Sanjay Shrestha and Sanjeev Tamang scored a goal each for Arunodaya who had to settle for the runner-up.

Sanjeev Tamang of Arunodaya was declared the best player of the tournament while Suman Dangol of Ghatbesi became the top scorer.

The chief guest of the program, Ganesh Lal Shrestha, Chairman of Gajuri Rural Municipality, presented cash prizes, shields, medals and certificates to the winning team and players.
