Manang Marsyangdi Club (MMC), Nepalese 'A' division club, has received a million rupees from the Gandaki province government.

An agreement was signed between Gandaki Youth and Sports Ministry and MMC in the presence of Youth and Sports Minister Rajiv Gurung..

On behalf of MMC, Tej Bahadur Gurung, Member Secretary of the Provincial Sports Council, and Chairman Mukhiya Gurung signed the agreement.

MMC picked Pokhara Stadium under the idea of Home and Away in the football competition to be held under the Martyrs' Memorial League for the first time in the history of league sports in Pokhara, and the state government has donated one million rupees. 

MMC has claimed that the funds will be used to further the development of football, as well as the team's management.
