Ruslan Three Star club defeated Far West XI sports club 4-2 on penalties to enter semifinals of Ruslan 9th Simara gold cup at Simara stadium.

Both teams played 1-1 draw in regulation time.

Bishwas Shrestha scored for Stars in 43rd minute while Maniram Chaudhary leveled the score in 87th minute.

TSC's goalie Alan Neupane was declared the man of the match.

TSC players fought each other right after regulation time but other players & officials seperated them.

Yesterday (on Sunday), three Nepal internationals; Nawayug Shrestha, Ranjan Bista and Anjan Bista were sent off for their involvement in a brawl.

Birgunj United will play against Sankata club in the last quarterfinal match on Tuesday.
