Makwanpur: After Fearing Loss, ANFA Makwanpur Reluctant To Conduct District Election
Clubs are saying that ANFA Makwanpur is reluctant to conduct district election - which is scheduled for today - after fearing loss.
Out of nine eligible clubs, five formed an alliance to support Tika Lama but incumbent district FA didn't call them for the assembly fearing loss.
This alliance is looking for change in Makwanpur district. Rajendra Shrestha led group is supported by suspended Ganesh Thapa and his cronies.
Those five clubs have moved to district administration.
"District election must be held on scheduled date. There is no reason to cancel or postpone", one club official said.
District FA is now saying that they had made mistake sending name of the clubs to ANFA earlier.
