Qatar Airways Martyr's Memorial A Division League: NRT Thrashes Saraswoti Youth Club

New Road Team (NRT) has started Qatar Airways Martyr's memorial A Division league with a bang. They thrashed Saraswoti youth club 4-0 at ANFA complex on Tuesday.

Saroj Tamang scored a brace while two foreign recruits were in score sheet as well.

Junior Onguene put NRT ahead in 40th minute. Saroj Tamang doubled the tally in 69th minute and extended the lead in 81st minute.

Yanick Owona scored in 90th minute to put ice on the cake for NRT. NRT will get just a point from the match as it had two points deducted from last league.

ANFA is organizing the league with 14 Kathmandu based teams.

The winners will get Nrs 50 lakh.
