Kathmandu: 2nd Kaustuv Cup Kicks Off

2nd Kaustuv cup got underway in Kathmandu on Thursday.

Hosts Kaustuv defeated Nepal APF school 3-0 in the opening match.

Milan Khatri, Milan shrestha and Joseph Gole scored apiece for the winners.

In the second match, defending champs Cosmic defeated AIMS 1-0. Bishal scored the match winners.

Earlier school principal Kiran Prakash Neupane inaugurated the championship.

46 schools are taking part in the event, which has a winning purse of Nrs 25,000.
