
The teaser of the Nepali film 'Anjila', based on the real life of Nepali national women's football team captain and goalkeeper Anjila Tumbapo Subba, has been released.
Directed by Milan Chams, Anjila herself plays the lead role in the film. The teaser shows the events of Anjila from her childhood to her struggle to play for the national team.
Famous actor Dayahang Rai and actress Srijana Subba are seen in the role of Anjila's parents. Apart from that, the film also features veteran and famous actors like Sunil Thapa and Buddhi Tamang.
The film was shot in places including Anjila's birthplace Ilam, Jhapa and Kathmandu, according to the production team. The film, produced under the banner of Moon Love Entertainment, will be released in Nepal from Falgun 29.
