Sanoj Shrestha has been appointed as the head coach of the Nepali National U-17 Football Team.

Shrestha has been given the responsibility of the head coach for the SAFF U-17 Championship and AFC U-17 Asian Cup qualifiers to be held in Bhutan from September 18 to 28.

Similarly, Dhaneshwar Prajapati has been appointed as the assistant coach of the team. Kiran Rai, General Secretary of All Nepal Football Association (ANFA) handed over appointment letters to coach Shrestha and assistant coach Prajapati.

Remember, Nepal is in Group B for SAFF U-17 Championship. Where Nepal will compete with hosts Bhutan and Pakistan and Sri Lanka. Similarly, India, Bangladesh and Maldives are in Group A.
