Church Boys United won their first game while New Road team (NRT) registered their second win in a row in ANFA Youth League.

In the first match at Anfa Complex on Wednesday, Church Boys won against Three Star Club by a narrow margin of 1-0. Aman Tamang scored the only decisive goal for Church Boys.

In the second match, NRT defeated Khumaltar FC with a goal difference of 1-0. Santosh Gongba scored the only decisive goal while giving NRT their second win in a row.

A total of 12 teams are participating in the competition based on double round robin league. The team that gets the top position in the league will be the winner.

The winner will receive 1 lakh in cash along with the title, while the second place team will receive 50,000.
