This is not comparison. This is a reality.
India long before started to use sports science. All India Football Federation (AIFF) has sports scientist with the team.
Bhutan recently hired the services of former Hull City assistant coach Trevor Morgan.
They have also started using sports science.
Bhutan FA is using STATSports, GPS player tracking and performance analysis system for its players.
This system provides unrivaled insights, accuracy and reliability in training and on game day.
This system is used by all over the world, in competitions that include the FIFA world cup, UEFA European championships, champions league, EPL, LA Liga and other major tournaments.
But in Nepal, ANFA officials either don’t know about this or they don’t want to run with the play.
Instead, they are using U12 players bibs during training session.
To be clear, National team doesn't have proper equipments to use in the session. The FA is completely clueless about sports science.
ANFA election is scheduled on March 27, 2018. We hope the new leadership will understand the sports science and provides everything that are needed for the players in this modern football.
