Kathmandu: Ward President's Cup Open Veterans Cup From June 9

The first Ward President's Cup Open Veterans football tournament organized by Chabahil Sports Club will be held from June 9. 

14 men's teams in the age group of 40 years and above will participate in the competition which is being held under the main sponsorship of Kathmandu Metropolitan City Ward no. 7.

The winner will receive Rs 100,000 and the runner-up Rs 50,000 cash prize. The best player, defender and goalkeeper and the top scorer will be rewarded with 5,000 cash each.

The games of the six-a-side knockout competition will be played at Chandra Binayak Park in Chabahil.
