Lumbini Khukuri club has entered quarterfinals of 3rd Sanjiwani cup football tournament in Rupandehi.

Lumbini Khukuri defeated Chadani yuwa club 3-0 in pre-quarterfinal match played on Friday. Jitesh Gurung scored a brace while Sarun Thapa scored another for the winners. Gurung became the man of the match.

Jharna sports club will play against Tikuligadh in today's match.

Sanjiwani yuwa club is organizing the championship, which has a winning purse of Nrs 1 lakh.
