Sankata club has entered quarterfinals of Kavre gold cup football tournament.

Sankata defeated Bhaktapur DFA 2-0 in pre-quarterfinal match played on Saturday.

Ekne Christian scored both goals for Sankata and became the match of the match. He received Nrs 5,000 cash.

Nepal APF wil play against Dolakha DFA in today's match.

The championship has a winning purse of Nrs 4 lakh while runners up team will get Nrs 2 lakh.
