ANFA has unveiled Swedish coach Johan Kalin to the press at ANFA complex, Satdobato.

Kalin said he would do his best to uplift the standard of Nepalese football.

"It’s really good to be back to Nepal.

After MFC stint, I returned to Sweden. I worked with coaches there.

"I have signed contract with ANFA for two years. There are a lot of things happening in Nepalese football which is tempting. You know that there are no short cuts for development. We need to improve grassroots football, we have to develop coaches. I will do my best to uplift the standard", said Kalin.

"SAFF tournament is also important for us. We will prepare better', added Kalin.

ANFA President Karma Tsering Sherpa said Kalin would return home once his work permit process would start.

"We have processed his work permit. It's a lengthy process. He will go home for a week and will come back to handle the team in March", said Sherpa.

Coach Kalin's first test will be a friendly match against Malaysia in the month of Chaitra.
