King Come Kathmandu defeated Simara veterans 2-0 in the first match of the day at Pokhara Tundikhel on Wednesday. Harihar Thapa scored both goals for the winners.
Kolkata veterans defeated Nawalparasi veterans 3-1 in the second match. Kamal Bhuniya scored a hat trick for the winners.
In other matches, Chabahil veterans defeated Chitwan veterans 4-2, X-Sports Veterans defeated Jorpati veterans 3-2 and Abhisek Church defeated Sano Gaucharan Knight King 4-3 PSO. Dip United got walk over from Siliguri veterans.
26 teams are participating in the championship, which has a winning purse of Nrs 1 lakh. Runners up team will get Nrs 50,000.
