Hosts Far West XI sports club has completed its preparation for Nepal Ice Far West Khaptad gold cup football tournament.

The event will be played at Dhangadhi stadium from Tuesday. Hosts will take on Kakarvitta football training centre in the opener.

The championship has a winning purse of Rs 21 lakh. Runners up team will get Rs 4 lakh.

President Suresh Hamal said, "We are ready for the event. We would like to welcome all to enjoy the game at Dhangadhi stadium".
