No9 Rekha Paudel scored seven goals as Nepal thrashed Pakistan 12-0 in its first match of SAFF U18 championship in Thimpu, Bhutan.



“We are very happy to start the championship with a win. We feel extremely proud to be Nepalese. We want to go home with title”, said Paudel, who is from Itahari, Sunsari.



“We have next match against Bangladesh. We will work hard against them”, she added.
