Nepal U18 team has defeated a school team from China 3-1 to keep their hopes alive for semifinals in 46th Asian School U18 championship.
After losing two matches (against Thailand and Indonesia), Nepal U18 national team defeated Chinese school team in Agra, India on Tuesday.
Team manager Rupesh Adhikari told GoalNepal that team still had chances to go through last four.
"We need to depend on results from other matches. We are playing against Afghanistan in our last match. If we beat them, we willl have more chance to go through", said Adhikari.
Coach Chet Narayan Shrestha congratulated his boys for the win.
"They played good game today. We will try to beat team from Afghanistan and look forward semis berth", said Shrestha.
School Games Federation of India is organizing the championship.
