1st Lalbandi Gold Cup: Jawalakhel Youth Club Beats Sarlahi XI In Opener

Jawalakhel youth club has entered second round of 1st Lalbandi gold cup football tournament in Sarlahi.

JYC defeated hosts Sarlahi XI 5-4 on penalties on Thursday.

Both teams had played 1-1 draw in regulation time.

United Sikkim will play against Nepal APF on June 7.

Sarlahi DFA and Lalbandi municipality are organizing the championship, which has a winning purse of Rs 7 lakh.
