As part of a Memorandum of Cooperation between the Football Federation of Tajikistan and the Russian Football Union, a team of Russian referees will officiate the upcoming friendly match between Tajikistan and Nepal.
The highly anticipated match is scheduled to take place on Wednesday, November 13, at the Central Republican Stadium in Dushanbe, with kickoff at 18:00 local time.
Leading the officiating team will be Evgeny Kukulyak, a 38-year-old FIFA-certified referee from Russia, who will serve as the main arbiter for the match. Kukulyak brings with him a wealth of international experience, having officiated numerous high-profile games in global competitions.
He will be assisted by fellow FIFA referees Egor Bolkhovitin and Dmitry Safyan, both from Russia. The reserve referee for the match will be Saijojon Zainiddinov, a FIFA referee from Tajikistan, who will step in to support the team if necessary.
