Manang Marsyangdi Club and Machindra Football Club have started victoriously in ANFA Youth League U-18 football tournament.

In the first match on Tuesday, Manang won 1-0 against Sankata Club. Bishal Chand scored the only decisive goal for Manang in the match at ANFA Complex.

In the next match, Machindra won the match 1-0 against Tribhuvan Army Football Club. The only goal scored by Kabir Tamang was decisive to give three important points to Machindra.

A total of 12 teams are participating in the competition based on double round robin league. The team that gets the top position in the league will be the winner. The winner will receive 1 lakh in cash along with the title, while the second place team will receive 50,000.
