Preparations for the first Tilaurakot Gold Cup Knockout Football Tournament, which is going to start from 17th Chaitra, under the organization of Kapilvastu District Football Association, have been completed.

The schedule of the tournament to be held at Buddha Stadium in Kapilvastu has also been announced. In the opening match, the home team Kapilvastu-11 and Three Star Club will meet on 17th Chaitra.

The organizers informed that the winner of the competition, which has a total of 8 teams participating, will receive a cash prize of Rs 11,11,111, while the runner-up will receive Rs 5,55,555.

The final match will be held on the 24th of Chaitra.
