New Road Team (NRT) has entered semifinals of 6th Bagmati gold cup football tournament at Phaparbari, Makwanpur.

NRT defeated NJJYC Simara 1-0 in the quarterfinal match played at Janata MA VI grounds on Thursday.

Mohit Gurung scored the match winner & became the player of the match. He received NRs 10,000 cash.

APF FC will play against Church Boys United in second quarterfinal match on Friday.

Bagmati rural municipality sports development committee is organizing the championship, which has a winning purse of NRs 10 lakh.
