News Nawalpur: 6th Rhino Conservation Gold Cup Kicks Off

Center College Four Brothers Bhumahi has won the opening match of the sixth edition of the Rhino Conservation Gold Cup which started today at Kolhuwa in Nawalpur on Saturday.

Center College Four Brothers won the competition by defeating Birgunj United Club 2-1.

In the match, Binod Kebat and Faguram Chaudhary scored one goal for Four Brothers. In the last 4 minutes of the game, Birganj United's Bikas Chaudhary scored a goal. Similarly, Faguram Chaudhary, a player of Center College Four Brothers, was declared the man of the match in today's match.

Sridhar Sharma, Member Secretary of Gandaki State Sports Council, handed over a cash prize of Rs.5,000 to him. The competition was inaugurated by Sushila Sinkhada, Minister of Social Development and Health of Gandaki State Government.

As part of the competition, the match between Hanami BFC Chitwan and the football team of Gandaki province will be played today, according to the organizer.

The winner of the ongoing competition organized by Rhino Club, Madhyabindu-4 Nawalpur will get 8 lakhs in cash along with the title, while the runner-up will get 4 lakhs.

The best player of the tournament will receive 20,000 rupees. Similarly, the top scorer will get Rs 10,000 and the man of the match will get Rs 5,000 in every match. Nepal Army, Center College Four Brothers, 28 Bigaha, Lumbini Pradesh, Sankata Club, Machhindra Club, Hanami BFC Club, Gandaki Pradesh, Bagmati Pradesh, APF and Police Club are taking part in the event.
