Bhimad Arna Cup National Knockout Football Tournament title has been won by LG Association, Pokhara. In the finals, LG became the champion by defeating the host youth club Bhimad, Tanahun.

In the final match at Bhimad Stadium located in Bhimad Municipality-6, LG defeated Yuva Club Bhimad by 4-2 in a tie breaker. Before that, both the teams played a goalless draw.

LG, who became the winner, received a cash prize of Rs 2,22,222 along with the title, while the runner-up organizing team was satisfied with a trophy, medal and certificate along with Rs 1,11,111.

Dipesh Shrestha, the organizer of the individual category, became the best player of the tournament. For that, he received 10,000 cash and a trophy. Akash Ranabhat of LG was chosen as the best goalkeeper and Dhruv Shrestha of Bhimad was chosen as the best defender.

While Anurag JC of Bhimad was declared the best midfielder, Sant Bahadur Gurung of Tanahun-11 won the top scorer award. All the best winners received 5,000 each and a trophy.

The winners and runners-up were awarded by the Chief Guest of Gandaki Province Economic Affairs Minister Jeet Prakash Ale.

A total of 12 teams participated in the competition which started from 7th of November, organized by Youth Club Bhimad, Bhimad Municipality-6, Tanahun and co-organized by Bhimad City Industry and Commerce Association, Tanahun.
