Amar Shrestha, a promising young defender with a notable presence in international U-20 football for Nepal, has recently undergone a successful knee surgery.

Amar sustained a knee injury during his participation in a local football tournament, necessitating surgical intervention to address the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) damage.

According to a trusted source with Amar, the surgical procedure has been executed successfully, and Amar is presently in the process of recuperation.
