Nepal U19 head coach Sunil Shrestha has finalized his squad for SAFF U19 championship.
The eagerly awaited eighth edition of the SAFF U19 Championship is set to commence on 21st September, 2023, at the Dasharath Stadium, located in Nepal's capital.
Since its inception in 2015, this tournament has evolved into a renowned platform for nurturing young football talent. This edition of the U19 Championship will feature the participation of six nations, including the host nation Nepal, along with India, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Pakistan, and the Maldives.
Regrettably, Sri Lanka will not be part of the U19 lineup due to FIFA sanctions. The tournament's group stage will be divided into two groups: - Group A: Comprising Nepal, Maldives, and Pakistan - Group B: Featuring India, Bhutan, and Bangladesh.
