Nepal national team is returning home today after taking part in SAFF championship 2023.

The team crashed out from group stage with a win and two loss.

Nepal suffered 1-3 loss at the hands of Kuwait and 0-2 loss to India. Win against lower ranked Pakistan was the only positive thing for Nepal in the competition.

What next?

There is no such plan from ANFA for the national team. Now players will go home and play local tournaments.
