News Pakistan National Team Arrive In Kathmandu

Pakistan national team have landed in Kathmandu for the friendly against Nepal. The team landed at the Tribhuwan International Airport at 11:45 PM on Sunday night via Fly Dubai as they are set to make their return to international football.

Pakistan will face Nepal in a one-off friendly at the Dasharath Stadium on November 16. Pakistan Football Federation had proposed a two friendly series in Kathmandu but ANFA stated the feasibility of only one match due to the approaching elections.

Pakistan are making their international return after FIFA lifted their suspension last June.

The last encounter between Pakistan and Nepal was held in 2018, when Pakistan were victorious 2-1. This will be Nepal's first match since the friendly against Bangladesh last month, where Nepal won 3-1.

Prabesh Katuwal will take charge of the Nepalese team for this friendly.
