
Midfielder Awas Lamichhane has been called up to the Nepal national team for the first time. Interim head coach Prabesh Katuwal has called up the young midfielder for the friendly against Pakistan on November 16.
Awas has been playing domestic football for APF Football Club. He was called up for the closed camp for the friendly against Bangladesh as well but he didn't make the cut in the 23-man squad.
Nepal and Pakistan are set to face each other at the Dasharath Stadium as Pakistan national team make their return to international football after their suspension has been lifted by FIFA.
