Nepal U-17 National Team will face Chinese Taipei in the final group match of the AFC U-17 Asian Cup Qualifiers today. The match will kick off at 4 PM local time (4:45 PM NST) at the Vie Tri Stadium in Vietnam.

Nepal suffered a 3-0 defeat to Thailand in the opening group match and a 5-0 loss against hosts Vietnam in the second match. Chinese Taipei have not managed to register any point in the group so far. Nepal and Teipei have already been eliminated from the race to the Asian Cup and will be looking to end the campaign on a high.

Vietnam and Thailand will face each other later in the day to fight for the top spot in the group.

The ten group winners in the qualifiers and the six best runners-up will qualify for the Asian Cup finals. The hosts for the finals are yet to be decided after Bahrain withdrew the rights to host the competition.
