Nepal have finished with zero points in the AFC U-20 Asian Cup qualifiers. Nepal in Group B lost 3-0 to Bangladesh in their last match and concluded the campaign with zero points.

Mohammad Mojibor Joni scored the first goal for Bangladesh in the sixth minute of the match at Al Muharraq Stadium in Arad, Bahrain. After four minutes, Mohammad Piyas Nova doubled that lead.

Nepal was limited to 9 players in the first half. Nepal was under more pressure after Ajay Chaudhary and captain Ayush Ghalan left the field with red cards. On the other hand, Azizul Ananto faced a red card for Bangladesh.

In Group B, Nepal ended up at the bottom of the tournament with one match result and no points. Despite the win, Bangladesh have also been eliminated from the group stage after scoring seven points. Bhutan, another South Asian team in the same group, ended the tournament with three points.

In the final match of Group B, hosts Bahrain and Qatar will meet late on Sunday night. The result of the match between these two teams will decide which team will reach the final stage from Group B. Similarly, the possibility of one of the teams becoming the best runner-up will also remain.
