News National Women's League: Police and Biratnagar Victorious on Sunday

Nepal Police Club and Biratnagar Metropolitan City have emerged victorious in the National Women's League on Sunday.

In the first match played in Bharatpur, Chitwan, Police defeated Waling Municipality 3-1. Nirmala BK scored twice for Police while Amrita Jaisi scored one goal. Susma Jiti pulled one back for Waling.

Police are third with nine points from four matches while Waling have no points and remain last.

In the other match of the day, Biratnagar defeated Lalitpur Metropolitan City 5-1. Mina Khatun, Manisha Thapa Magar, Sadipa Bholan, Asmita Chaudhary and Ema Rai scored a goal each for Biratnagar. Srijana Singh pulled one back for Lalitpur.

Biratnagar have seven points from four matches and are fourth while Lalitpur are sixth on three points.
