Golbazar Prativa Club has come out victorious in today's match at the Bardibas Mayor Gold Cup. Golbazar defeated Gaighat FC 5-4 on penalties in the match held on Thursday.

No team could score a single goal in regulation time and the match was sent to penalties. Maxual, Yubraj Shrestha, Abiskar Khadka, Akash Rai and Nischal Rama scored for Golbazar while Sanam Rai missed his spot-kick.

For Gaighat, Sunil Khadka and Rabi Shankar Chaudhary missed while only Devraj Chaudhary, Dipesh Bhujel, Pritam Chaudhary and Pramin Shrestha could score.

Nischal Lama was named the player of the match.

The winner of the tournament being organized in Bardibas, Mahottari will receive two lakh rupees while the runners-up will receive one lakh.
