Himalayan Sherpa veterans, Freedom Fighter, Khalibari veterans, Bagar Bhaikhalak, Chitwan Veterans and Abhisek Church Nawalparasi have won their respective matches in Ruslan Jawalakhel youth club veterans championship in Lalitpur.

Himalayan Sherpa veterans defeated Hetauda Veterans 5-0 in the first match played on Saturday.

Anand Gurung scored four goals alone while Bishram Tandon scored another for the winners.

Freedom Fighter Nakhipot defeated Bagar Bhaikhalak Pokhara 6-0 in the second match.

Bijaya Gurung scored a hat trick while Saroj Thapa scored a brace for the winners. Another goal was scored in an own post.

Khalibari Veterans defeated Shining Sun 4-3 on penalties. Both teams played 1-1 draw in regulation time.

Bagar Bhaikhalak A defeated Indigenos FC 2-0. Kiran Shrestha and Ishwor Gurung scored apiece for the winners.

Chitwan veterans defeated British Gorkha veterans 6-0 and Abhisek Church defeated Jorpati 4-3 PSO in other matches.

Jawalakhel youth club is organizing the championship, which is sponsored by Ruslan.
