Morang: Ward no. 1 Victorious Today In President Cup Inter-ward Running Shield

Ward no. 1 has advanced to the semifinals of the President Cup Running Shield Inter-ward Tournament 2078 being held in Miklajung Village Municipality, Madhumalla, Morang. Ward no. 1 defeated Ward no. 8 2-0 to book their place in the final four.

Skipper Dilip Rai opened the scoring for Ward no. 1 in the 16th minute of the match and Sushil Limbu doubled the lead in the 50th minute to hand their team the victory. Dilip Rai was also adjudged the player of the match.

Ward no. 7 and Ward no. 2 will face each other tomorrow.
