GoalNepal Foundation, a CSR of Biba Media Group, has supported injured Rabika Rai with NRs 15,000.

An appeal has been made by the family of Rabika Rai, a rising and hardworking football player from Khotang, to help her in her treatment.

Rabika is currently undergoing treatment at the Trauma Center, Kathmandu due to a serious knee injury sustained while playing football.

According to Kapiraj Rai, father of Rabika, a local resident of Halesi Tuwachung Municipality 5, Bohemma, the doctor said that she will have to undergo surgery on Shraan 4th. Rabika's father said that if the surgery is not performed on time, the problem will become complicated.

"We are always there to support Nepali players. We humbly request all Nepali football lovers to provide support so that Rabika can have proper treatment", said Biba Media Group CEO Bikram Thapa.

Although the family has spent as much as possible on Rabika's treatment, due to poor financial conditions, Rabika's family has appealed to sports lovers and well-wishers abroad for help. According to family sources, Rabika's treatment will cost around 4 lakhs.
