Martyrs Memorial C Division League Football Tournament features 12 teams from Kathmandu Valley.

Group A features Nawajyoti Yuba Pariwar, Khalibari FC, Khulamtar Fc, Garuda Sports Club, Satdobato Youth Club, Sanepa FC.

Group B features Charumatee Youth Pariwar, Nayabasti Sakchham Youth Club, Naxal Youth Association, Social Welfare Sports Centre, Shree Kumari Club, Shree Bhagwati Club

Top two teams from both groups will again play a round robin league for the league title. The top four teams will play in the National C Division League.

The tournament is played at Chyshal Technical Football Centre.
