Martyrs' Memorial Red Bull A Division League Football tournament is starting from Thursday at Dasrath Stadium.
       

18 A Division Clubs are participating in the single format Championship. The top eight teams will book their place in Nepal National League with two teams from outside the valley.

Total of 153 matches will be played at Dasrath Stadium and Halchowk Stadium (TBC).

The winner of National League will get a chance to compete in AFC President's Cup Qualifiers.

ANFA held a press conference on Tuesday at Dasrath Stadium informing that last four teams will be relegated to the B Division.

Prize Money:

The A Division League winner will get Rs 2m as the prize money. The second placed team will receive Rs 0.7m while Third team and fourth team will get Rs 5 Lakhs and 3 Lakhs respectively.

Preparation Money:

ANFA will provide Rs 2 Lakhs each to all the participating teams as the preparation money. The Clubs will also get a previledge of selling seasonal tickets worth Rs 2 Lakhs. So total of Rs 4 lakhs will be the Club's preparation money if they are able to sell seasonal tickets.
