13 A Division clubs are participating in the league which is starting from December 30 at Dasrath Stadium.
ANFA and the participating teams have already agreed on the format of the league.
The top six teams from the first round will play in the super six.
ANFA confirmed that they were not in mood to increase the prize money from Rs 7.5m.
"The winning team will receive Rs 7.5m", ANFA CEO Indraman Tuladhar told GoalNepal.com.
CEO Tuladhar however said that they will work out on the systematic approach while dividing the cash prizes to the lower placed teams.
Meanwhile, ANFA spokesperson Lalit Krishna Shrestha confirmed that RCT will face a fine of Rs 5 Lakhs and three points deduction in the league for not participating in Ncell Cup.
Shrestha also added that NRT were automatically demoted to B Division league for not registering their team at ANFA for the league season.
