All Nepal football association (ANFA) president Ganesh Thapa demanded at least Rupees 3 to 4 Crore from Nepal Government to produce good results in International football.
Speaking with prize distribution ceremony at ANFA Complex, Satdobato on Sunday, President Thapa said, "We are heading towards the right path. We accept that we are unable to produce good results despite our boys playing good".
"We want solid partnership with Nepal Government", ANFA President Ganesh Thapa said, "Government should help us more".
"We will prove our worth in International football if Nepal government provide us sufficient funds", Thapa said, "Give us Rs 3 to 4 Crore every year, we will bring results in International football within three years".
Thapa also revealed that the monthly salary for Nepal National team players accounted from this month.
Thapa also congratulated Nepal National Cricket team for the success in international cricket.
"We are happy to see success of Nepalese cricket. We (ANFA) are planning to organize one official honor program for the Cricketers".
ANFA honored Nepal National women team players with Rs 50,000 each and also distributed the second installment of Rs 50,000 to Nepal National men's team players.
