All Nepal Football Association (ANFA) awarded Rs 50,000 each to Nepal National Women team members for their impressive perfromance in recently held 2nd SAFF Women Championship.

ANFA organized the prize distribution ceremony at ANFA Complex Satdobato where the money was distributed.

Nepal played an impressive football in the 2nd SAFF women Championship but lost the final match against India 1-3 despite leading a goal.

A-20-member team including coaching staffs received the cash prize from the football governing body.

ANFA President Ganesh Thapa and Nepal National team head coach Krishna Thapa gave away the prizes to the players.

ANFA also distributed second installment of Rs 50000 to Nepal National men's team players at the same program.
