Laxmi Hyundai MMC entered quarterfinal with one match in hand as Machindra FC defeated New Road Team (NRT) 2-1 in Ncell Cup Football Tournament on Tuesday.
With the win over NRT, Machhindra FC also made it's hopes alive for the qualification to quarterfinals.
LH MMC have six points from two matches while Army and Machhindra have three points in their kitty.
NRT are out from the championship with two consecutive loses.
Karna Limbu scored the late winner for Machhindra when the match was heading towards the draw.
