NIBL Friends club coach Dilkaji Gurung reasoned lack of cordination among the players in the team behind the loss to Armed Police Force (APF) in Ncell Cup match played at Dasrath Stadium on Sunday.
Ganesh Lawati, Shyam Nepali and Ajad Pradhan scored a goal apiece for APF while Deepak Gurung and Azad Pradhan scored for Friends Club.
"We have new and old players in the team. The gap of understanding among the players is very big. So we couldn't make good combination in the game".
Coach Gurung also blamed the poor condition of the field for the bitter loss.
"The condition of the ground is poor. We couldn't show our usual game. More importantly, our goalkeeper made a mistake. He is a young lad who have a long way to go".
"We will improve in our two remaining matches", Gurung concluded.
