Deep Jyoti Bidhyaashram defeated TOPS, Pokhara 3-1 to enter final in Coca Cola Cup inter school ladies football tournament played at ANFA Technical Centre, Chyasal on Saturday.

Nirmala Upadhyaya was the heroine of the match as he scored all goals for the winning side.

Upadhyaya opened the firing in 32nd minute and doubled the tally five minutes later.

TOPS got a jolt when its main player Puspa Choudhary was rushed to hospital after she complained of chest congestion after collision but she was fine after receiving minor treatment at B&B hospital.

Poon Rana cut the deficit for TOPS in 67th minute but Upadhya again struck a goal to complete her hat trick and sealed the victory for Mid Western school team.

In another semifinal match, JP High School toiled hard to beat Public Higher Secondary School 4-3 on penalties.

The match was headed to spot kick battle after both teams deadlocked at 0-0 till regulation time.
