Saroj Sipai struck twice as Pyramid hammered Gems 5-0 in TIA +2 9-A-Side Cup football tournament played at Hattiguada Football ground on Saturday.

Pradip Gurung put Pyramid ahead in early 4th minute while Saroj Sipai struck twice (11th & 30th), Ramesh Himat scored in 29th and Ayush Kamat scored in 44th minutes to complete the rout.

Rehdon college defeated SS College 2-1 in a highly contested match.

Sundeen Gurung scored twice for Rehdon while Kailash Raut scored a consolation goal for SS College.

St Lawrence defeated Prime College 3-0 in the second match of the day.

Sabin Ruma scored twice and Amit Shrestha added another for the winning side. Ruma scored in 15th and 46th minutes respectively.

TIA (blue) hammered Premier College 6-0 in the last match of the day.  Dhiraj Tamang scored a hat trick (6,9,12) while Heman Gurung (3'), Biswas Shrestha (28') and Suraj Hamal (24') scored apiece for the winning side.
