Armed Police Force (APF) honored 16 APF ladies football players for the title glory in recently held 14th Ncell Women National championship with cash prize amid a program at APF HQ on Friday.
APF IGP Kosh Raj Wonta handed over Rs 11,250 each to all the players and officials who were the part of the winning team.
The players are Mira Maharjan, Bhagwati Thapa, Pramila Rai, Man Maya Magar, Anu Lama, Tulasha Singh, Jamuna Gurung, Laxmi Kumari Poudel, Usha Bhandari, Ranjan Darji, Chandradevi Dahal, Tej Kumari Gurung, Shova Kumari Kushwar, Dipa Chhetri, Sajan Rana and Bal Kumari Rakhal.
The team manager DSP Prem Kumar shrestha and coach Milan Rai were also honored at the same program.
APF defeated Nepal Police Club to lift the title of 14th National Women Championship held in Simara last month.
APf IGP officially congratulated the title winning team and urged them (all the players) to deliver the same in the coming days.

APF currently contributed nine players in the recently announced Nepal Nationa womens' team which is going to Colombo, Sri Lanka on 4th September to take part in 2nd SAFF Women Championship scheduled on September 7-16.
APF AIGs; Thakur Mohan Shrestha, Jiwan Kumar Thapa, Krishna Kumar Tamang were also present at the felicitation program.
